Board Game Review #2: Thurn and Taxis
I gave this game a 7 on Boardgamegeek, which according to their system means Good game, usually willing to play.

Board Game review #1 – Breaking Away
Overall, I rated this game an 8 (out of 10) on Boardgamegeek which by their published criteria means “Very good game. I like to play. Probably I’ll suggest it, and will never turn it down.”
Things I’ve learned this week (7/11 – 7/17)
Yes. I skipped a week. This summer has been inordinately busy. Anyway, onward to my collected wisdom. The world is flat. I’m about 125 pages into Thomas Friedman’s book, and much like when I read Guns, Germs and Steel, I am struck by how much of this seems like common sense that would be unattributable to any one author. That must be a hallmark of communicative genius. I sit here composing my own thoughts on Blogger (a lynchpin of Web 2.0), listening to a Pandora radio station that attempts to play songs I would like based on the Music Genome.
