Innumeracy strikes again

Recently reported in an article in the Independent Online Edition:
Two divided by three makes 0.666 recurring (allegedly – actually it makes 0.6666666667).

Uh. . . . bwah? Is this some journalist’s attempt to “fact check” using his handy-dandy pocket calculator? Because, while it’s true that your TI will say that two divided by three is “.6666666667,” [...]
