30 Games in 30 Days – Day 30
“What is your desert island game?” We made it! It’s the end of the month-long meme, and we have arrived at the final* question. I have to pin myself down to a game that I would keep if all others were to disappear. So a game that offers as much variety as possible would probably be best. But perhaps a newer game, one whose depths I have not yet plumbed. I must contemplate . . .
30 Games in 30 Days – Day 29
“What is the game that is your least favorite among those that you own and will keep?” Again, sorry with the lateness of today’s update. Dave’s floor is done, and I have been handsomely rewarded with sushi. Ow. My typing fingers hurt. Today’s question could be interpreted as a variation on Day 25′s, since the games I only keep around for the benefit of others by definition are one’s I don’t particularly like.
30 Games in 30 Days – Day 28

By the very nature of “flavor of the week,” don’t we think we’ve found the next great thing? So predicting which of the current round of popular games will show the most staying power is difficult.
30 Games in 30 Days – Day 27
“What game was the flavor of the week this time last year?” This is going to have to be a shorter one. I have a smoker full of pig and a bunch of folks coming over to consume said pig in about four hours. So I have to get to cleaning.
30 Games in 30 Days – Day 26
“What game produced the most painful gaming experience (through no fault of it’s own)?” Today’s question is very like the war story entry from Day 22. I suppose I should have seen that coming, since where do the war stories come from if not painful experiences? I don’t want to rehash a previous post, so I’ll stretch to find another example. But first, I think I want to talk about the game that produced the most painful gaming experience that was totally the game’s fault.
